2 - Collect and Use Customer Data for a More Personalized Experience 

Do you know that list of customer emails or phone numbers that are just sitting around? Now’s the perfect time to use it for your benefit. We’re sure there was a point in time last year where you needed to send out a business update to your customers. Not only is your customer’s data important for timely communication, but it’s also helpful when it comes to a more personalized customer experience. Don’t let your data sit and go to waste! Use it and learn from it!

Even as businesses begin to reopen, there’s a large possibility that people will still be cautious about going out in public or just prefer the convenience of being able to shop online.
