Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase our client base in the home service business sector and other industries as well. The Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue goals and expanding our market share in this growing industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target and engage potential clients in the home service business sector.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct client needs analysis and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their specific business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, revenue growth, and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or home service business sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with a passion for digital marketing and sales.
Knowledge of digital marketing services such as website design, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and video production is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Grow and manage the growth of Larison Media’s Partner base.
Prospect and acquire new business in assigned market.
Write sales proposals.
Collaborate on projects with the Larison Media Squad.
Participate in team and sales meetings.
Continuously learn, both personally and professionally.
Own the core values of Larison Media.
Full knowledge of the full Larison Media service menu.
